Offered Products

They have quite a broad size of products in their inventory. Once you are on their homepage, you can easily navigate from the top menu whatever the product you are looking for. They have gold, silver, platinum, and even copper products which is rare to see nowadays offered by precious metal investment companies.

Investors can buy different forms of metals including coins, bar, bullion. If you wonder what is hot, or what people are heavily buying from the company you can visit their “Popular” section on the main navigation. The section combines all of the highly demanded products in one place.

Here are the most important product pages from the Provident Metal’s website.

Does Provident Metals offer precious metal IRA accounts?

There is nowhere on their site mentioned if they help their customers with precious metal IRAs. Most gold investment companies serve their customers in this sphere because there is a lot of money in the retirement accounts gold investment companies are targeting.

Even they may not be helping with metal-backed IRAs, they could at least show on their site if the certain listed products are qualified for an IRA.

No depository storage help

There are very few people who invest in precious metals substantially and want to hold their assets in their homes. A trusted gold depository is far safer than home storage. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find on their site any specific information addressing this topic.

It could be helpful for the customers to recommend certain trusted depositories especially for those who want to store their retirement assets in gold. Because retirement metals are not allowed to be stored at home. An IRS approved depository needed to securely store retirement assets.

You can reach from their homepage to the below pages that may be useful for the investors.

Do they buyback precious metals?

Yes, Provident Metals buyback precious metals from investors. The company claims to offer record best prices and the best worth for the client’s gold, silver, platinum, or palladium bullion or numismatic.

Below image shows the process how the buyback process works with the Provident Metals.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Can you exchange the products purchased from Provident Metals?

Provident Metals seems to want you to be absolutely happy with your purchasing decision.

If you don’t feel satisfied with your order within 5 business days of delivery for any reason, the company is committed to make you a refund for as long as the item(s) remains in its original container and shape.

Shipping back to you is completely free. To start an exchange you can simply call a representative of Provident customer service.

What about return of purchased items?

Within 5 working days of delivery, the company accepts returns on all products. The product must still be in its original container and state, in order to be eligible for return.

Returns usually take 1-3 business days to finalize. Fees for shipping are non-refundable. Returns can only be requested via phone.

Cancellation for Non-Payment

Payment for ones order should be postmarked or wired by Provident within 1 working day of confirmation of the order. If payment is not accepted on time, Provident may cancel orders, and buyer would be responsible for paying any market loss fees that may have been incurred.

Selling To Provident

Once your offer is accepted, the price for your confirmed sale will be locked in upon sale to Provident. The confirmed selling can not be cancelled.

Within 1 business day of confirmation of sale, you need to provide Provident with a reference number for your product shipment. If the tracking number is not submitted on time, Provident may cancel your order, and you will be responsible for paying any accrued market losses.
